Trainica works fully in English and Arabic with right-to-left support, and courses can be generated in several languages. You choose the course language when you create it.

Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google or Apple account. No password to remember.

Payments are handled securely through MyFatoorah — credit/debit cards, BenefitPay, KNET, and Apple Pay. Your card details never touch Trainica.

Open any course and tap Buy (or Enroll for a free course). After payment is confirmed, the full course opens and stays yours to replay any time.

Yes. Some creators publish free courses, and every learner can enroll in a limited number of free courses each month. A subscription plan raises that free allowance.

Each course is a set of narrated slides with visuals and end-of-module quizzes. You can listen to the narration, read along, take notes, and answer quizzes at your own pace.

Complete the course and score at least 50% on the quizzes to earn a shareable certificate. You can retake the quizzes any time to improve your score.

Yes — courses you enroll in are yours to access and replay forever, even if the creator later unlists them.

A plan gives you extra free-course enrollments each month plus a discount on a set number of paid courses. Higher plans include more free courses and a bigger discount. Courses you enroll in stay yours forever.

Because each course opens instantly and is yours to keep, purchases are generally non-refundable. Please preview the free first lesson before buying. See our Refund Policy for details.

Yes. Every course has a Q&A section where you can ask the creator. Some courses also have an AI assistant that answers instantly from the course content.

Yes — tap the heart on any course to add it to your wishlist, and find all your saved courses in your profile.

Yes. On any course, choose Gift and enter the recipient’s Trainica account email — they receive the full course instantly.

Share your personal invite link. When someone new signs up through it and makes a purchase, you both earn a reward. You’ll find your link under Marketing in your profile.

Go to Create, describe your topic in a sentence or two, and answer a couple of optional questions. AI proposes an outline you can edit, then builds the narrated slides, visuals, and quizzes for you.

Your first course is free. After that, publishing a course requires a one-time production fee that covers the AI generation and narration. The exact amount for each course length is shown before you build.

You set the price. Each course length has a maximum price cap (shown while you set the price), and you can also list a course for free. Longer, deeper courses allow a higher cap.

You keep the majority of every sale; Trainica keeps a platform commission. Your exact earnings for each sale are shown in your Earnings dashboard, and they accrue for payout.

Pay the one-time production fee, complete your profile and bank/payout details, verify your phone if required, and complete your own course end-to-end (including quizzes). The listing screen shows exactly what’s left.

Your earnings accrue as learners enroll. Once you reach the minimum payout amount, request a payout and it’s reviewed and sent to your IBAN. A small bank fee applies to each payout.

Yes. From the Marketing area you can create coupon codes for your courses. Coupons are funded from your own earnings, so the platform commission is unaffected.

For a one-time fee you can enable an AI assistant on your course. It answers learner questions instantly using only your course’s content, up to a pool of answers. Questions it can’t answer from your material come to you.

Yes. From Manage you can add new modules, or hide, re-enable, and remove modules and quizzes. Changes go live for enrolled learners and bump the course version, and they’re notified of updates.

Yes. From Manage, choose to recreate the course in another language. It reuses the same outline and structure — you just pick the new language and narration voice, and it’s charged like a new creation. The versions are linked so learners see all languages.

Yes. In Manage you can opt a course into subscription plans so subscribers can use their plan discount on it. The discount is shared between you and the platform per the commission split.

Every creator has a public page with your banner, avatar, stats, and all your listed courses, where learners can follow you and get notified of new courses. Add a banner from your profile.

In your profile, add your mobile number and enter the code we text you. Phone verification builds trust with learners and may be required before listing courses.
