Marketplace Policy

Effective date: 25 August 2026 · Last updated: 25 August 2026

This Marketplace Policy sets the standards that keep Trainica a trustworthy place to learn and teach. It applies to all Users of the Platform operated by Elaaf Digital Innovations (CR 197903-1), Kingdom of Bahrain, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By creating, listing, buying, or reviewing Courses, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Creator eligibility and verification

To publish and list Courses, Creators must hold a valid account, provide accurate profile and payout details, and — where required by the Platform — verify their phone number. We may require additional verification and may limit or remove listing privileges where standards are not met.

2. Course quality standards

  • Courses must be complete, coherent, and accurately described. Titles, descriptions, and cover images must reflect the actual content.
  • Before listing, the Creator must complete their own Course end-to-end, including its quizzes, and the Course must pass the Platform’s listing checks.
  • Courses must provide genuine educational value and must not be spam, filler, or duplicated to game the marketplace.
  • Creators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material for accuracy and appropriateness before listing.

3. Prohibited and restricted content

  • Unlawful content, or content that promotes illegal activity, weapons, or harm.
  • Content that is hateful, harassing, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit.
  • Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
  • Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including false claims of accreditation or guaranteed results.
  • Religious instruction or religious subject matter of any religion, which the Platform does not host as a matter of policy.
  • Dangerous, self-harm, or unsafe instructional content.

4. Intellectual property and originality

Creators must own or have the rights to the topics and materials underlying their Courses and must not infringe others’ rights. Courses are generated with AI tools based on Creator prompts; Creators remain responsible for the resulting content. We respond to valid infringement notices and may remove infringing content and act against repeat infringers.

5. Pricing and fair dealing

Creators set prices within the Platform’s per-tier limits and may offer courses for free. Deceptive pricing, fake discounts, fee circumvention, and off-platform solicitation to avoid marketplace rules or fees are prohibited.

6. Reviews, ratings, questions, and discussions

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. Manipulating ratings, posting fake or incentivised reviews, review-swapping, spamming, or using questions and discussions to harass, advertise, or post prohibited content is not allowed.

7. Community conduct

Treat other Users with respect. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, threats, and sharing others’ private information are prohibited across all interactions on the Platform, including Q&A and discussions.

8. Reporting

Users can report Courses or conduct that may breach this Policy using the in-Platform reporting tools or by contacting us. We review reports and may take action as described below. The Platform may also flag content automatically for review.

9. Enforcement and penalties

To enforce these rules, comply with law, or protect Users, we may — without limiting other remedies — remove or edit content, unlist Courses, withhold or reverse earnings, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts. Repeatedly submitting course requests that violate our content policy may lead to automatic suspension once configured thresholds are exceeded. We maintain an append-only audit record of moderation and enforcement actions.

10. Creator obligations after listing

Creators should keep their Courses accurate and functional, respond reasonably to learner questions where they have not enabled automated answers, and use the management tools responsibly. Material changes that affect enrolled Learners bump the Course version and notify them.

11. Refunds, chargebacks, and earnings

Refunds and chargebacks reverse or adjust the related earnings and platform amounts through corrective ledger entries. Creators should not encourage learners to transact off-platform to avoid these rules or the Refund Policy.

12. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact us to request a review. We will consider appeals in good faith, though we retain discretion to enforce these rules to protect the Platform and its Users.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this Marketplace Policy from time to time; the current version is posted here with its effective date. Questions can be sent to the contact details below.
